My connection to the railway:

I had my first contact with the railway system as a student assistant at a manufacturer of passenger information systems. The resulting interest and curiosity led me to further stations in the railway field. For example, as a shift engineer in the maintenance of HG trains, in the design, development and commissioning of fire protection components through to assessment and auditing with regard to manufacture and maintenance.
